Service Description
Returning Customer Sewing Machine Tune-Up — $115 Welcome back to Creative Core 101! This service is for customers who have previously brought their sewing machine to me for maintenance or repair. Your tune-up includes routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication where appropriate, and basic adjustments to help keep your sewing machine operating smoothly. Please schedule a 30-minute appointment to drop off your machine and discuss any concerns. I'll contact you when your machine is ready for pickup. Service price: $115 A $10 appointment deposit is required and applied toward the total service cost. The remaining $105 is due after the service is completed. Any additional repairs or replacement parts will be discussed and quoted for your approval before work proceeds. Fix Today & Create Tomorrow!
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy A $10 deposit is required when booking your appointment. We apply this deposit toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due after the service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments: Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows without prior notice. If Creative Core 101 cancels: You may choose a full deposit refund or transfer it to another appointment.
