I'll come to your location within Napa to help identify common sewing machine problems, including skipped stitches, tension issues, thread jams, and feeding difficulties. Your appointment includes travel within Napa and up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting. Total service price: $38, including travel. A $10 appointment deposit is required and will be credited toward your service. The remaining $28 is due after the appointment. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy A $10 deposit is required when booking your appointment. We apply this deposit toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due after the service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments: Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows without prior notice. If Creative Core 101 cancels: You may choose a full deposit refund or transfer it to another appointment.
